Get customized Pilates instruction – live online – in your living room, in the office, or on the road. All you need is a space to move, a good internet connection, a web camera with working audio and built-in microphone, and a free Skype account.
Live video sessions can be scheduled Monday to Friday. Sessions are 55min.
